Ordering and Payments

Ordering from UDG is safe and secure.

Integrity

We are not an online ‘box-dropper’. We are sales and service agents, appointed by the manufacturers of the products we sell. For every customer we take responsibility for the products and services we provide them.

Ordering online

Your transaction is totally secure. Your credit or debit card details are handled only by your card company or bank and are never revealed to our company or our employees. Your bank/card company transfers the funds to us.

Ordering by phone or email

Once you place your order, we will not process your credit card unless the goods are in stock and ready for dispatch within 1-4 business days. For backorders, we will inform you by email or phone as to the ETA date. You can then decide if you wish to accept the ETA or change the order. If you accept the ETA, we will process the payment. Your payment receipt will be emailed to you on the same day of processing. Please note that the credit card details you provide are handled securely and confidentially and are deleted once your payment is processed

Special requests for pickups or same day delivery are possible depending on location and time of confirmation. Please contact us directly for special request.

Customer can request a proforma invoice and pay by EFT, our banking details:

EFT payments incur no surcharge.

Please allow 1-2 days for your payment to be cleared, at which point your goods will be dispatched.

Please inform UDG once an EFT payment has been made so we can look out for your payment, minimising any delays in processing your order.
