For items that are in stock, we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 1-4 business days of receiving your order. You will be informed if items are not in stock and there is a delay in shipment. Our freight and handling charges are published on our website. For items requiring a quote based on quantity, weight and method of delivery, please contact UDG via our email link.


If the goods are faulty, the item/s must be returned to UDG with a description of the fault. UDG will provide a replacement once the returned item is proven to be faulty. In the case of hardware items, they will be replaced according to the brand’s returns and warranty policy.

At UDG’s discretion, some goods which are not faulty can be returned on the following basis: They must be returned to UDG un-opened and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. The Customer will then be refunded the purchase price less 20% re-stocking fee, or by mutual agreement, a credit for future purchases.

Customers are encouraged to contact UDG if returning items weighing 20kg or more, to discuss the best method of return/exchange.
